The professionalism and technical skills demonstrated by Cliff are unmatched. He … More promptly notified me when he was en route and upon arrival, he immediately began diagnosing the issues I was experiencing. Cliff identified a weak capacitor that was preventing the condensation unit motor from functioning. Further investigation revealed that the coils were not getting cold due to a leak in the evaporator coil.
Cliff took the time to show me the leak and explained the leak detection process. He secured a new evaporator coil within 24 hours and efficiently installed, pressure tested, evacuated the system, and recharged it. After just three hours of operation, the temperature in our home dropped from a stifling 78°F to a comfortable 69°F, and the humidity level decreased from 67% to 55%. The improvement is remarkable, and my family and I can finally sleep comfortably again.

After calling Lee Heating and Air (who installed the heat pump less than 6 months ago) and being told the transformer and … More relay were not working I received an repair estimate of $750. Apparently nothing is covered under a warranty.....oh, but....$250 of that bill was for a "warranty processing fee". I decided to get a second opinion.....called Diamond Air Design and they came right out. Tightened some loose wires and VOILA I had air......and have had it ever since. Transformer and relay were just fine. THANK YOU DIAMOND AIR DESIGN for you honesty, integrity and prompt service!!!! I will refer everyone to YOU!

Hunter was amazing! My system hasn’t worked in about 2 months. I had another company out that could not figure out the problem … More and another that just wanted to replace my system. Hunter had it running in an hour with one issue being a temporary fix. When the office opens back up I’ll be setting an appointment to get the permanent fix done. I’m so happy he took the time to find the issue instead of just pushing for a replacement. I will be a customer for life now.
