After calling Lee Heating and Air (who installed the heat pump less than 6 months ago) and being told the transformer and … More relay were not working I received an repair estimate of $750. Apparently nothing is covered under a warranty.....oh, but....$250 of that bill was for a "warranty processing fee". I decided to get a second opinion.....called Diamond Air Design and they came right out. Tightened some loose wires and VOILA I had air......and have had it ever since. Hunter was amazing! My system hasn’t worked in about 2 months. I had another company out that could not figure out the problem … More and another that just wanted to replace my system.
